Refund policy

We do not allow the exchange of items under any circumstances.  Upon checking out on the online store and proceeding to payment, you have agreed to the no return and exchange policy.

Disclaimer: Please note that all our products are final sales and we do not accept returns. All our products are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects. Please select your items after reviewing the compatibility with your production model, we do not accept returns for any items which do not fit due to an error in the selection of your accessories.


In the rare cases of refunds, they are processed within 14 business days of the item(s)’ delivery to us. We will let you know via e-mail when we initiate the process. Please note that it might take 7-9 business days, from the time we complete the process, for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds can only be done in the same mode as to how the payment was made. If it was paid via credit card It can only be refunded the same way. The transaction fee, courier/delivery fees and restocking fee will be billed to the customer and deducted from the total amount.
